Hi Diane,

I am really glad I took the class.  No other weight management class ever got me even started.  The main problem I have had is that other people act disgusted when I don't eat dessert.  So far, I've just been trying to ignore their comments.  Lately my husband has decided to try to quit eating desserts, too, so I think that is another good thing that has come out of taking the class.

I can get into the jeans that have been hanging in my bathroom, and hopefully soon they will fit comfortably.
