Return/Refund Policy

Books
If unsatisfied, may return within 30 days for refund in perfect condition. No refunds after 30 days. Customer will be refunded the purchase price of the item, minus any shipping and handling costs.

CDs/DVDs
Mechanically defective CD's & DVD's may be exchanged for the same title only within 30 days of purchase. Exchanges will be made only upon receipt by us of the defective merchandise. No CDs of DVDs may be returned for refund for content purposes.

No exchanges or returns for any reason after 30 days. No exceptions can be made.
