My weight had drifted back up and I was not happy with it, yet I couldn’t seem to get back on track. Just a couple sessions with Joy and I didn’t really have to think about it. I haven’t craved my main culprit food and strategies just come to mind that support me. I’m so much happier – joyful really because I don’t focus on food or my weight.
