You probably have a lot of questions about hypnosis.  Here are some of the frequently asked questions we receive. It’s natural to feel apprehensive about something new.  We will help you feel comfortable and safe while helping you with whatever your needs may be.

What is Hypnosis?

A state of relaxation and/or focused attention that everyone reaches daily – when absorbed in a TV program, highway driving, or daydreaming. However, hypnotherapy is guided relaxation and/or concentration to help reach one's goals.

Can anyone be hypnotized?

YES! Everyone can be hypnotized to one degree or another. The key is that you WANT to be hypnotized.

Will I be out of control?
