My experience with A+Hypnosis has been more that a positive one.  I turned to (Diane) for guidance to help me take control of my personal weight loss goal.  The first visit was a relaxing, soul searching and enlightening experience.  At the close of the session I had great confidence that I would be successful in losing weight.  Today I can proudly say that I have lost 16# and continue to travel down a positive path of weight loss, self image, and an exercise plan that truly does fit into my busy schedule.   I am now able to pass on the cake, the chocolate bar and even second helpings.  I am nourishing my body with the wonderful foods of nature, fruit, vegetables, nuts and healthy protein options.  Most importantly, I am enjoying the healthy, vibrant way that I feel every day.  Wonderful things are in store for me.  Thank you A+Hypnosis.     ~ Susan G.
